Chicken Marinade

1 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. cooking sherry
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 cloves minced fresh garlic
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Mix together all but the chicken in a gallon size ziploc bag. Place chicken in bag, close and shake to coat. Marinate in fridge 4 hours or longer. Grill chicken
